Uncle bob's is, hands down, superior ice cream. I don't tend to bother with "high end" or "specialty" products because they're... often not better but bob's is all of that AND local. Truly nothing feels better than supporting a local business that sells atruly incredible product. Oreo Overload?? Prepare for CHUNKS of Oreo. No skimping on the good stuff here. Bob's is everything. Never have I had better ice cream in my 21 years of life than at Uncle Bob?s! They have the perfect amount of fruity and... chocolate and other flavors of ice cream that keep bringing my family back. They have the creamiest homemade ice-cream. We especially like the Georgia peach. It's so delicious & worth the drive. It's a... little ice-cream shop where you can eat in or carry out. They have picnic tables outside, too. The young people who work thereare very friendly. We found Uncle Bob's Homemade Ice Cream by accident while taking a road less traveled from Ft.Wayne, Indianato Peoria. Now we frequently take that route just to stop for a Georgia peach ice-cream cone. Read more

I discovered this place while grabbing coffee in Eureka, IL. Oh boy, was it agood discovery. I sampled a few ice creams and loved each one. Conveniently when I was there, they also had dollar hot dogs! Sobetween amazing ice cream and cheap hot dogs, I was in heaven. If you love ice cream and haven?t visited Uncle Bob?s, doyourself a service and go try some! We frequently travel from Iowa to Illinois and always stop through Eureka for Uncle Bobs. This is such a great ice cream and I'm... always missing it when they're closed for the season. We each have our favorites in our family: orange dreamsicle, Georgiapeach, moose tracks, and key lime pie. I dream about that orange deamsicle and whenever it's on the roster, it makes my day 100%better!
