Waited way too long. They couldn't hear me. I was talking very loud. Finally got the order. It was wrong so I called them... again. They had to send someone out AGAIN B SO THEY COULD HEAR ME ON THEIR SYSTEM. It has been two years since my original review of this restaurant so thought I would try again. Sorry to say it has only gotten... worse with time but cost more money. Got wrong drink and the food was not prepared correctly. Additionally, several speakers arebroke. I did notify manger of my experience and he offered an IOU but I declined. I am not after a freebie. I really want thisSonic to do well but if the staff don't take pride in their work and be the best it won't ever improve. Read more
