Easy location to get in/out, clean, polite and friendly staff, consistent St Louis Bread Co. Glad it's still named locally.

For the ladt two weeks, I have been going through the drive-up and ordering breakfast. They have been out of the bagels I want... and also scrambled eggs. Come on...you should not be out of breakfast at 6:30am. This manager needs to pay closer attention. Read more

I don't often give bad reviews but this location has worked hard to earn this. I'll start off with the difficulty we have... getting our correct order. They often forget parts of our order, don't have the items and fail to tell us, or sub the items andfail to tell us. The staff often tells us we can/can't do special orders- it's never consistent. The waits are long. The trashis often over flowing and the tables not cleaned. Worst part is that the food has not been fresh lately. The last 4 times Iordered a salad it was wilty, slimey, and inedible. It's inconvenient as all get out to have to call to get a giftcard and alsonot have an edible meal that I spent time and money to eat. Its the whole point.... providing fresh food is their selling point.Just skip this location. Spent $42.00 and only half of it was edible. Also, I found a hair in my dressing. It happens, but I'mout of goodwill with these guys. Read more

I'm not nitpicky about little things, only interested in the food. The only things I liked were the clam chowder on Fridays or... Baked Potato soup Mon/Wed. I used to go there at least twice a week. Now I go maybe once a year to get the French baguettebread. Read more

The food here was amazing. I highly recommend the Thai salad. The service was prompt and the cashier was pleasant.

My visits here are typically hit and miss. Sometimes it's great, other times it's awful. Most recently (today), I bought a you... pick two - a salad and half sandwhich. This is the smallest half sandwhich I've ever seen...there's no way you essentially mademe pay $5 for this. Picture is attached, salad next to it for scale. I'm just baffled. It's smaller than the baguette they giveyou. If this was the only time my order had been messed up, or in this case, was just comically sized, they would get a betterrating from me. As it stands...I'm disappointed. Edit: 4/10/22 - Ordered their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich....$9.00 for thissandwich. The disappointment speaks for itself. Read more

I've eaten at a lot of of Paneras and they are usually awesome. I can't think of a bad experience I've had before this one. The... ordering process was fine. I went to get a drink of Sierra Mist and found out they were out of syrup. That is completelyunderstandable. I let the cashier know and went to sit down. When the food arrived, my husband asked them if the syrup for theSierra Mist had been changed. She cashier said she didn't know. I went to try to get some a few minutes later and again before Ileft and it still hadn't been changed. The women's restroom was pretty clean, but my husband said the men's was filthy. Myhusband and I both ordered a pick 2. The flavors were fine but the soups were barely warm. My kids' macaroni and cheeses werehorrible. The cheese was super thin and runny, more like soup than mac and cheese and the noodles were dried out. They were alsoreally cold. I have never in my life sent food back at a restaurant, but I returned those bowls. The replacements were at leastslightly warm, but the cheese was still thin and runny. My salad and my husband's sandwich were perfect. Read more
