WOW! How in the world is this place still open? The manager was an absolute wreck of a leader. Poor waitress (Sierra) was being... bossed around like a slave. She was a rock star!! Went there for lunch (dine-in) with my kids. We had the place to ourselves at 12PM on a Saturday. A young man there waited on us... and was great. The pizza (we had a pan crust supreme and a hand-tossed pepperoni lover's) was absolutely perfect. We'll be back! Read more
As a previous PizzaHut and PapaJohns GM I am highly disappointed in this location. My family received the worst service... yesterday at this eureka location. As soon as you walk in all you see is a mess and smell nothing but smoke, every employee isstanding by the back door with it wide open smoking, graciously took more than five minutes before greeting us. The bathroom isan absolute wreck, every single tabletop and surface was dirty, including the dishes which are out in the open since the kitchenis visible. The pizza was incredible doughy like it had been overproofed or left out too long. When the pizza was brought to ourtable we were greeted with nothing but attitude. Steritech or whoever is in charge of food safety and auditing in this countyneeds to do an IMMEDIATE check! My husband grandson and I went to this location yesterday for lunch and honestly was shocked by the conditions of the kitchen.... When you walk into the store the entire kitchen is visible. when I say everything was dirty I mean EVERYTHING was dirty. Food on the floors not one clean surface and the bathroom was disgusting. The store ?A? rating on the door needs to SERIOUSLY bereevaluated. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite and when I moved to Eureka two months ago I was SO happy one was here! Ordered a pizza to be delivered, which they have delivered to our address before 8 miles out of eureka. This time I received a... call from a young man that said they can?t go that far but because they had charged my card and included a 500 tip they could doit this time but not in the future I said okay and after an hour no pizza I called back 6 times with each time a hang up Iwas credited back my charge and no call and no pizza. If.I were in town I would have pick up like I usually do but this time Iwas out of town ordering for my family. We shared a Super Supreme or something like that. It was very good and I loved the light crust. It was hand tossed. There is no... salad bar but you can order a side salad. I don't know why I didn't take its picture because it was a lot larger than weexpected. Read more
We were greeted & seated right away,waitress brought drinks right away too. There was a slight cigarette smell that I didn't... expect,but we aren't from the area so maybe its permitted in restaurants here. The soda's tasted funny, but again we aren't fromthe area or familiar with the taste of the water. The restaurant appeared clean, but the majority of the tables hadn't beenwashed from the previous night. The waitress knew her stuff and helped us build our deal. Food was good. The service was amazing once we sat in. Once they brought our pizza they forgot few items from the order. I had... to get up and remind them. Looked like the server forgot to put that.
