I have not been to Subway in a couple of years and forgot how good it was. I got a couple of Italian BMTs to go. There was... plenty of meat, cheese, and veggie toppings to make it the best (and spiciest) sandwich I've had in years. They are back on my"go to" list for quick food pick up. Read more

Went Subway in Eureka today for lunch. Ordered a toasted tuna on wheat with some pepper jack cheese, red onion, green peppers... and banana peppers. The sandwich was excellent. Great lunch! Read more

Didn't get the customary "Welcome to Subway" that we hear in our hometown (they were all in the back) but the service was quick... and friendly. Great start to a long workday! Read more

As of 2017 (I believe) this Eureka Subway has been under new ownership. Any poor reviews must have been prior to this as their... sandwiches here top any other Subway franchise. Always friendly staff. Definitely happy with how far they've came in our town. Read more

Management needs to address the level of customer service. I visited this location today 5-24-19 around 11:00 am. There was a... older lady, a man with long hair, and a younger woman working. The older lady has fantastic customer service, she was kind andpolite! The gentleman was very nervous, clearly new and trying to keep up. I don't fault him at all for this! He was veryresponsive and polite and I appreciate him wanting to make sure he was doing it correctly. However the younger girl was rude,short with customers and would not allow people enough time to tell you want we want before you move on. I ordered a chickenbacon ranch wrap with American cheese heated. The cheese was just placed on the wrap. When I requested a wrap she said what kindso I said tomato basil, and she got an attitude with me because she meant want did I want on top of the wrap. I though sheneeded to know what kind of wrap I wanted since Subway carries two different choices. From then on she rolled her eyes andhuffed at every customer through the line. There was about 5 of us all together. Her rudeness turned my 5 star review into a 2star review! It's not that difficult to smile and be polite for 30 seconds while you help a customer! Read more

I eat Subway a lot and have never had an experience like this. It was the worst subway experience. Dirty, slow, and unsanitary.... Food was all over the counter, wrong items put on sandwich and thrown back into the pile of food. The sandwich was the saddestlooking sandwich and was put on the bare counter by the register to wrap, food falling everywhere and thrown back in the wrapperfor me to eat I guess. I ended up going to Walmart and getting a sub from there. Never will I return to this Subway! I wonder ifcorporate is aware of these conditions. Read more
