Unfortunately I would have to say poor food management and poor customer service. Had to wait to be served then repeat my order... multiple times. I was patient and said it's fine take your time. Just get my food right it's for my family which has been on theroad most of the day. Nope food a mess and made wrong. Why is the whole grill covered in onions why are all these ladies runningaround like they don't know what they are doing. Why ? Sad all adult ladies and they still can't get it together. Read more
I rarely get White Castle and the website said they were open until 2:30am. We stopped and their hours actually said 3:00am,... but they closed at midnight. You can't even imagine my disappointment. They had a sign that pointed to their 24hr location, sowe went there. That will be a different unhappy review. Read more

White Castles are amazing, I always try and stop to get me some, and I have friends and family that are like, I dare you to go... thru St. Louis and not bring me back some sliders. The last picture says it all. Read more

Eh... I'm usually always happy to stumble across a White Castle since we don't have any near home. Fries were barely warm and... it seemed as if they just tossed the burger patties at the buns? Hoping that would land correctly? And I'm all about paying aliving wage, but for the $15 per hour as their sign advertised? At least take a little pride in your job. Read more
We went through the drive thru. Quick service, hot food. We were shorted a fry, but no big deal since they usually get our order... correct. Will be back! Read more
