I stopped in while in town and had a couple drinks and liked the place. The Moscow mule I got wasn't the best, not sure how they... made it , but it wasn't a normal way. Service was good though and the atmosphere is pretty cool. There's a lower area and aupper deck area. So it is a nice place to sit and watch the main street. Overall I will most likely return and hangout and wouldalso recommend checking it out. Read more
Amazing staff, food was great. The volcanic rock entree is a must try. Totally worth the money. Everyone across the board bent... over backwards to please every guest even though the place was packed for BBB. As a service industry worker and chef, I wasfloored by their diligence and hard work. 90 minute wait for food, even with reservations. Three ppl in our party- we had to ask twice for drinks, I received my tea, my... friends asked for a beer and water. They finished the beers, were never offered to refill and NEVER got water. They were out ofmost menu items. Steak was to come with salad, in season vegetables, and potatoes. It came with a cheap small side salad, frenchfries, and no veggies. Once we finally received our steaks, there werent any steak knives, which you have to cut up in order tofinish cooking on the lava stones... ended up with burnt steaks because we couldn't cut it in time to "roll" it around tofinishing cooking before we got up, walked to the bar and asked for knives. Such a terrible experience. I would have asked tospeak to the manager but the manager was the one training our waitress and ended up bringing out all of our order ???? Read more
I visited the bar downstairs and listened to some great live music. I visited twice. The first time I was full and did not... order any food, but the food I saw looked and smelled good. The liquid refreshments in the bar area were tasty, and the servicewas excellent. The next time I visited the bar, food was not being served downstairs while I was there, and the upstairsrestaurant was way too busy with hungry customers. Read more
Spending our anniversary in Eureka Springs and went here for our anniversary dinner. It was fabulous!! Everything was great. I... dont like seafood but my husband ate the bacon wrapped shrimp so fast I didn't get a picture! His eyes rolled back in his headwith the first bite and I have never seen him do that!!!! And ge said the sauce that came with the shrimp was excellent!! Myhusband got a ribeye and initially was skeptical of the lava rock cookstone but loved it! You are allowed to cook each pieceexactly how you want and season it as you want with the sauce and seasoning they give you. I had the Queen bee burger and it wasawesome! I was skeptical of the blueberry barbecue sauce because I dont like blueberries. But just as I suspected, it just addeda sweet depth to the sauce and didn't taste like a blueberry at all. The fries are excellent. Ranch dressing is homemade whichis extremely important to us. Drinks were great and there was live entertainment, ALL on a Thursday. The live music was great ??So glad we went. It is low key, casual, laid back, but exceptional food. We will be back!! Read more
