Food was decent. Came out fast which was great since we had fussy kids. My sandwich was good but my wife?s 1lb of brisket was... almost inedible. Also portion sizes for the sides were massive. Amazing barbecue. The smoked ribs are excellent. I didn't want to put any sauce on them. I had a half rack and had to take some... home. If you order the beans, make sure you like spicy hot, because they are that! There are 3 sauces on the tables you can addyourself. House BBQ sauce, spicy BBQ, and spicy mustard. The service is friendly and pretty quick. There are tables inside, andlong tables with stools on the outside, or take it to go. My new favorite place to go. Plenty on the menu to try out. Read more
The smoke infused into the meat was perfect. I recommend the bold sauce with the pulled pork, it complements it very well. The... burnt ends where pretty good, sliced brisket was amazing with perfect smoke ring and the Mac and cheese was really good. My wifeand I drive 2.5 hours to get BBQ from this restaurant because of my boy had talked about this place since December. The look onhis face when we got to his house to surprise him with this BBQ for his birthday was well worth the drive(6hrs later). Unassuming place with a few tables for seating. Seems as if a lot of people get take out. The food was excellent. I got the... garlic and green onion smoked sausage and the brisket. The sausage paired with the chipotle mustard was my favorite. For a sideI had the white cheddar Mac and cheese. The Mrs. Had the burnt ends claimed they were delicious. Absolutely amazing food and great staff. We had the ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and smoked sausage and everything was bar none,... the best my wife and I had ever tasted, they have 3 house sauces; a sweet and smoky, bold and spicy, and a peppered mustard thatwere all delicious, and I don't even like mustard! Hand cut french fries were perfectly crisp with no burned bits and wecouldn't stop eating them even when we were stuffed. The space is a little small but not cramped or uncomfortable. I definitelysee these guys growing and hopefully expanding to more stores. If you're in the area and love BBQ, don't pass it up! Read more
