Very rude people we were looking for dinner they were supposed to be open, but they closed early for staff meeting. They posted... the hand written closed sign so high my 6'2" husband didn't notice, instead of in anyone's eye line which was not smart but nota big deal, the door was unlocked which it should have been locked but the rude part was when we stepped inside and they SHOUTED"we are closed for a staff meeting. There is a sign on the door!" a sign placed to high to be seen, a door left unlocked duringnormal business hours and they shout with a very rude attitude and tone instead of saying in a polite way something as simpleas--- I'm sorry, we closed early for a staff meeting- apparently they do not care if they are nasty to customers and are lackingsimple human decency we would not go back even if they were the only restaurant open in eureka springs Read more
Stopped here on June 22nd, about 5pm. We had just gotten in town and wanted something quick to take to the hotel. I normally... don't leave reviews for fast food type places, but I had to come leave this review because we had a wonderful experience. Had to give the Eureka Springs location 5 stars in regards to the amazing service I received yesterday 5/16/22. The kids serving... me was extremely helpful, educated, polite and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my meal and have a great experience. It is so hardthese days to find respectful young adults or teens and this young man was definitely respectful and a true southern gentleman. Props to his mama for raising him right! He really made my whole lunch break pleasant. I went back to work afterwards braggingon how good this service was. I've lived here my entire life and while we haven't had a Subway restaurant all these years, I cansay that the service from this Subway has never been as good as what ai just experienced. I highly recommend the Eurekalocation. It was clean and welcoming. It was fast service and did not have any wait time hardly. He expressed he was a newemployee which shocked me due to the amount of knowledge and professionalism. I believe his name was Alex. If you want a greatmeal made by the coolest and most attentive server, hit up Subway and ask for him. Read more
Sandwich was great, chocolate chip cookie was nice and soft.. The workers were nice but they did not keep it cleaned. I had to... wipe our table down and next to the window there was tons of crumbs, the lobby floor was dirty as well . The bathroom was semiOK. Read more
The sandwiches were made poorly. They weren't cut all the through. Employees didn't act like they wanted to be there.
