I was in Eustace for 3 weeks attending the Rv school. Everyone there was bragging about the Roping Steer BBQ and I was looking... for a good Texas BBQ joint. I stopped there on a Friday after class and told them I was from Michigan and what I was looking forand boy did they deliver. Their food was amazing. The cowboy beans, Ribs, Jalapeño sausage, Brisket sandwich, and mac andcheese were the best food I have ever had from a BBQ joint in a long time. I even brought some leftovers home to my wife back inMichigan and she loved it all. It definitely beats northern BBQ. I?ve just eaten the most beautiful sliced beef sandwich. I?ve never had a better one. So tender and yummy!
We stopped for the fruit stand near by, purchased the BBQ instead. Great Brisket, great sauce. Wish we lived closer. Good luck... and may your business prosper. Read more
Delicious. Plain and simple. I had plenty of leftovers for the next day. I?d stop here again anytime I?m back in the area.
