Drive though told me to park in front and wait for food. 25 minutes later got food, when at home food was cold and it looked... like a 2 yr. Older put it together. Worst whopper I ever had. Did the employees come over from Popeyes? Never again will We goback. Hard to find workers that take pride in thier jobs anymore. Read more
Wait is super long was told to pull up to learn credit card machine was down that?s fine. Asked for a menu to order she said... there?s a menu back there. But we didn?t get to look at as she told us to pull up. Asked if the lobby was open and learned it isclosed as there is only 3 of them. This location has really gone downhill. Wait for three minutes at speaker box, only to hear them suddenly tell me to go to just... go to the window. They are constantly running out of core items, like whopper patty?s. Several times I?ve placed mobile orders,only to arrive at the location to find they are closed. I think the franchise owner has given up, and it shows. Can?t imaginethis location will be around much longer. Read more
This is odd for me to post such a positive review for a fast food chain, but given all the negative reviews that I read, I feel... a positive review was earned for our experience today. I?ve had many a meal at BK. We were honestly reluctant in going herebecause of the reviews but we were driving though town and had hungry kids in the car. We took our chance, ordered our food. Wewere kind and respectful and they reciprocated. While we were the only ones there tonight, the wait at the window was noticeablylonger than other fast food experiences. When we finally got our food, we did the stereotypical thing of pulling into a spot andchecking our meals for accuracy. Everything was perfect. I mean that. It was actually perfect. Not just on what we ordered but Ihonestly have not had that good of a burger at any other BK location! I almost took a picture of the burger. I kid you not, itactually looked like the picture. Bun was soft, patty was hot, lettuce was crispy and cool, tomatoes were nicely sized. Thefries were perfectly seasoned and hot. I was unexpectedly surprised which is why I felt compelled in writing this review. I ammore than willing to wait extra long at a window to get a quality meal like that. Very prompt and courteous service, great meal deals. The original chicken sandwich can't be beat, it's a sure fire winner. And... the Whopper was fantastic, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. French fries were exceptional too, fresh, tasty andsalty, just like they're supposed to be. I usually stop at this Burger King when I?m working this side in Eustis. Today, I stopped and the dining room was closed. Really... needed the restroom but they told me to go around and go through the drive-through. The menu board was blurry and I could hardlysee the numbers on the board. How did the number one with cheese and heavy onions made it a large and they told me my total andasked me to pull around. When I pulled in the first window to pay, the lady was very nice and friendly. I paid the $9.94 for mynumber one whopper cheese with fries. The woman thanked me and asked me to pull forward. When I got to the second window, thelady handed me the large Coke and asked me, Do you want any condiments; salt,ketchup, or pepper? I said sure. My order wasright out and she said, ? thank you, hon.? I said you?re welcome and have a great day. The first thing I did was stick my strawin my Coke and take a big drink. It was really watered down and not nice. The fries were hot and fresh not over cooked justright. They were lightly salted and tasted great. The whopper with cheese was hot and fresh. The lettuce was crisp and Green.Onions were crisp and no centerpieces on the burger. The tomatoes were ripe and juicy. The food made up for the dining roombeing closed and no bathroom. Went inside to order take out . Ordered 2 #1 whoppers with cheese, extra pickle and tomatoes on 1. The girl that took order had... a attitude about something, barely said a word. Acted like she wanted nothing to do with customers. Very rude. Got order coldburgers and fries, no Xtra pickle and tomatoes and $22.02 bill. People coming in to complain to manager, and even though burgerKing was at fault, they'd still cop attitude. Awful place, verry bad help, and over priced. The manager there Saturday afternoonwas very un professional, she seemed to treat everyone just as rudely as the next. Don't know how they stay in business. Can'tbelieve Burger King would allow this kind of treatment from employees to it's customers. Read more
