Waited at LEAST 10 minutes for very poor service. I understand ?wait a moment? but maybe consider turning your headset off... before calling my sister a ?bitch? where we can hear. Both women in the drive thru had no name tags and I?m assuming it?sbecause of the nasty attitude they gave us for wanting our order taken while they were carrying on conversation with the speakeron. Ordered two whoppers and only got one. I went back to get the other and all they could do was say oh yeah it?s right here. They... did not care wouldn?t even look at me. I get home a couple minutes later and the burger was dry. They take forever to give youyour order as well. I would not recommend going there again. Read more
Burger Kings moto was "Have it your way", not at the eustis location. The management of this store has managed To destoy what... used to be a place to bring you family for a good meal. The food now served cold by the staff who just don't care. What a shame Read more
No stars this place stinks I will not return, interior closed, 20 minutes in drive thru, whopper meal with small fries and small... soda now $9.00 plus tax, that's alot for the basic meal. The service is just not there. I went in either ask if there was a two for six or something similar with the impossible... whooper. They tell me yes but when I get to wondow I am stuck there for maybe 5 mins while they agrue about the deal being aimpossible king not whooper. One saying its same other saying its not. Now I never order king so I was confuse. In end I gotit and it was good but off. Later I went back and just got the impossible whooper by it self so no confusion. Yes they weresame meat but with comes inside is different. I wanted the tomatoes and lettuce that the whooper comes with. The king didn'tcome with either. This 3rd time I gone and I simply never happy with the people there who act like they just want you to goaway so they don't pay attention to what a customer wants. Read more
I was there WED. 7/20 picked up breakfast sandwiches . sons bday. They were good. 50% of the time you 'll get bad Comments. From... the time I ordered and getting my food. It was memmorable. Marcus took my order. He was so pleasant ,personable. His customerservice was outstanding and should be recognized for it. I would go back again with that note. 2/$10.00 and the 1/$5.99 meals are actual meals. With decent size drinks! They are bigger, better and come in more... choices. They are going to put McDonald's out of business like this Read more
