I don?t understand the hostility and rudeness of the staff, i work fast food everyday for reference, the customer isnt always... right but the staff was very rude in the background of when i called to see what i could do about the situation and they said?its their fault they messed up the order, theyre gonna have to pay for it again.? I spent $40 on my order, the system changedthe address and I would accept responsibility if it weren?t for the fact many of my friends have claimed dominos online systemis bad with addresses. All I wanted was a replacement order since the neighbor it went to down the street had taken it forthemselves. This location is the worst Domino's in lake county even other domino's employees say that about this place. They dont even want... to work at this location. I drive to the one by the ford dealership bc if there is a problem at this location management doesntstep up to the plate to make things right they let cashier and other employees tell you ... and I quote "it is what it is" todayI order the new Brooklyn pizza after trying it a few days ago ... when I received the pizza this time it was an oily mess ....told them I was displeased the cashier laugh shrugged his shoulder and said somthing to a woman which came to the pizza lookedat it and said it is what it is .... the managers name was Milan if he's working I would SAVE your MONEY ! I say this bc Iwatched him make the pizza and he stood by what he called pizza to the end saying there was nothing wrong with the pool of oilon my pizza thank you Milan for a great dinner ... you should be proud ???? We enjoy Dominos on those lazy take out kind of nights but absolutely hate the ordering system they have. You don't actually... talk with the store that you're ordering from it's some online setup and the people you talk with can't speak or understand theEnglish language. Not to mention they upcharged my order almost $13. When ordering ask to be connected to the actual facility. Read more
Don't usually rate but delicious! Best cheese pan pizza ever. And the guys were nice n friendly. And the 50% off. What a deal!
Trash, the workers don?t care about their pizzas. Sauce everywhere almost no cheese burnt crust.
Do not understand why they say they are open till midnight and never delivery after 11. Will allow you to place order then... around midnight cancel it and not even have decency to notify the customer. Highly disappointed in this dominos and wish that they weren?t the only pizza place close enough to the 452 area that can... deliver QUALITY pizza at at least affordable prices. Yeah yeah, the economy is changing but that?s when you should be trying tokeep your customers happy. As someone who orders pizza a few times a month it?s sad when you have to jump through hoops with theonly place that delivers close enough. And let me be clear, I don?t usually complain.
