Great homey feel, pleasant staff, wide selection. Had steak and eggs, steak flavor was very good but had a decent sized piece of... fat on it. Home fries were very good. Kids had bfast platter, pancake was just the way I like, not doughy and had that goodgriddle crust. Wife had fried seafood platter, no complaints. Ordered side of hash brown casserole, had an off taste to it, notsure if it was the oil or the onions. Lots more on the menu that I'll be trying if we ever make it back thru this area. Read more
Call in order couple times a month. Great food. Always on time. Only once was order not put in. Was busy that day. Food cooked... as ordered. Waitresses always nice and add forks and condiments as needed. Will eat there again. Chopped sirloin and allbreakfast is excellent. One of the best restaurant/diner in Mt. Dora area. Read more

Very good service from a long-time employee. I've eaten here untold times and friendly service is the norm. That and the coffee... is why we always come back. Oh, and the price of meals is quite reasonable too. So, add 'em up --- good service, good coffee,plenty of food, interesting decorations for each holiday season, opens early, lots of parking available, plenty of booths.Sounds like a 5++ to me. Nice job, keep up the good service and cooking. The only thing we didn't care for is the vegetable oilspread they give you for pancakes.....tastes terrible. Read more
There's a lot of options on the menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They also have weekly AUCE specials and daily specials on... the board. I enjoyed the Knight's Breakfast with hash brown casserole, Grits, sausage links, two eggs and sausage biscuit withgravy. Everything came out hot and fresh. If the onions in the casserole were chopped smaller and cooked longer it would've beenperfect. The AUCE pulled pork was good and very filling. The prices were reasonable. The service was great. Awesome food! Great diverse menu and excellent prices!! Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Breakfast all day, Steak and... eggs were great. Lunch order was a burrito, huge and delicious. Daily special was meatloaf and two sides. Each meal was verygood, all under $ 10.00. Read more
