Today October 2, 2022, @ 10:55, our time at the IHOP in Mount Dora/Eustis was the most terrible dinning out my family and I have... ever experienced. The manager and staff made it so our meals were served at entirely different times. Our waitress was as kindas possible. The manager brought my plate as soon everyone else at my table finished their meals. When it was time to pay mymother waited an embarrassing long time after being treated this way. Haven't been here in a while. Wanted to try their pumpkin pancakes and was not disappointed. I had them with the combo platter... and everything was done to perfection. My wife had an omelette that she said was one of the best ones she had. The waitress wasnice and courteous and attentive. If you want to try some place different, then give this place a try. Food was great our server was amazing I believe her name was Marsia, she did great and went over and beyond with our large party... of 9. My only complaint/concern would be the store look fairly new or refurbished but the ceiling tiles had mold and leak stainsmost likely from the AC unit. They really should fix that. Not the first thing you want to see when you walk in. Great service!! Read more
Greeted with the awful smell of the bathrooms as you walk though the doors, you enter into an establishment that had MOLD, yes... mold all over the ceiling with water dripping from the AC atop some unlucky family's table. If that isn't bad enough walk alittle further into the restaurant you feel your shoes gripping the tiles and laminate flooring from the entryway into thedining area like it hadn't seen a broom and a mop for MONTHS. You may get lucky to have a decent server but its a tough call,ours had an airbud in her ear and was extremely slow getting our drinks and food order. Worst 2 hours and 40$ I've ever spent.Nobody should have to wait an hour and 10 min for their food at any restaurant much less a chain that wasn't even busy. We willcertianly never step foot in this (or any) ihop ever again. I'd advice you to choose waffle house or cracker barrel if you wantsome hashbrowns or yummy pancakes cause this was not the place. Great tasting food. The sever Faith could've used a bit more help cause she was there by herself, but she did an awesome job.
Location: ????? Very nice area, inside Eustis Plaza. Inside: ???? Kind of small, floors weren't very clean. Food was great,... tables and everything else were very clean. Service: ????? Placed an online order for pickup! Got to the door 30 minutes before closing, only to be greeted by a young lady saying they... wouldn?t be able to fulfill our order and they had to figure out how to return the money to my card!
