Pathetic. If you only open to carry out because your lazy employees don?t want to *gasp* WORK because they don?t want to get wet... from a little rain, why bother to open at all. Watched whoever (Older man) is running the place tonight yell at a employee (young girl) " DO NOT GIVE ANYONE SIDES OF TOPPINGS... UNLESS THEY ORDER IT, AND IF THEY DIDN'T TO TELL THEM NO". until she was practically in tears( he was continuing to run hismouth to this young lady like she was a dog) over me asking for a side of toppings(that I ordered on the side). Superunprofessional when I called to ask for a manager about what I watched, the guy picked up and told me it's not feedback. Likethe way he treats employees isn't part of the customer's experience in store. Pizza was ok. Management or whoever was not goodAT ALL ... Would recommend the next person in charge deals with this guy accordingly. And give that poor girl a raise! Read more
If you like your pizza cold and a RUDE old man manager who screams at there employees infront of paying costumers then this... place is for you! Also when you call to complain about the pizza/pick up you get told "that's not feed back" if I could Givethis place 0 starts I would but unfortunately had to give it one to leave a review! Read more
I attempted to order a pizza online and goofed on takeout vs delivery. Meant to be delivery but selected carryout. When I called... and talked to the manager chris, he was great and did what he could to handle it. He treated us very kindly and made sure thatwe were taken care of. Even though his software system couldnt handle the situation correctly, he made sure we got taken care ofin a very kind and professional manner. Mind you this was friday night rush hour timing! Late on a Sunday. Just Hungry. I contacted them before they closed. By the time they were closed. I lost my tracking and I... thought I would not get the Pizza.. It's Papa John's so top of the line pizza of your choice. I will go back. Food was excellent. People are friendly. Plus... napkins, plates and extra dipping sauce always helps so no dishes to wash. Read more
