I'm disabled and can not go inside to pick up my order. The order showed "ready" in the app when I arrived, but it took 10... minutes to bring it out to the car after I hit the "I'm Here" button in the app! The pizza was great, just the time to bring tothe car was bad! Read more
Horrible food. Pizza and bread sticks burnt and dry. Cheese on only half the pizza. Pepperoni were so burnt they could not be... pulled off the crust, hard as a rock. Went to the store for a refund (paid cash) and was told it cant be done. They would onlyoffer a store credit. Told them i wasn't taking a store credit ( who would want credit for more bad food?) Very happy to have the salad bar back ! Everything was fresh and we enjoyed our visit. For other customers it might be good to... inform them the cost has sent up so when the bill comes they don't think they are being over charged for drinks. Tried the edge and it was okay. We had pizza delivered. If they take a delivery charge from us, then why would we tip the... driver. Just asking, driver said that money does not go to them. So Pizza Hut is charging extra money for people driving theirown vehicles, that they're not giving them gas for makes no sense to me. Read more
After waiting 2 years we decided to give them another try and we have yet to be disappointed! So far we have not had any mystery... goo or rouge mushrooms. Every item has been cooked perfectly with great flavor. Let me start off by saying I will never orderfrom them again. I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas with bread sticks for my family tonight and I'm beyond disgusted. The callwas easy and quick, I made sure there wouldn't be mushrooms near the pizza due to allergies.I understand accidents happen but itwas made clear to me that they take food allergies seriously and I was reassured many times that I had nothing to worry about.The pizza arrived very quickly and the delivery man was extremely kind, resulting in a very generous tip. My kids ate the 1stpizza fairly quickly, no issues from them. The 1st pizza tasted and smelled great. As soon as I opened the 2nd pizza you couldimmediately smell something was off... splattered across the side of the pizza was some brownish/green liquid/goo that smelledABSOLUTLEY disgusting and next to it was a single mushroom. I immediately called the store back and asked for a manager. I wastransferred to 4 different people and finally to a call center where they told me that they couldn't get a hold of anyone at thelocation since they don't have phones. (I just called and ordered but they don't have phones....okay...) I then called cooperatejust to be put on hold and not helped. Beyond frustrated and upset with this location. Absolutely disgusting. The LUNCH BUFFET is back at this Pizza Hut? it?s the closest location we could find to St Augustine (and bonus: super close to... lovely Mount Dora). The employees are very nice / friendly and the food quality was excellent. Worth a 2 hour drive?? YES! Read more
