The food was fresh. The $6 box is a good deal, and much cheaper than what Pppeyes offers for most food. The Mac and Cheese is... really good. I also love the Red Beans and rice. I've never been inside this restaurant, so I can't rate the atmosphere. Service was quick, and the lady at the Drive-thru was very professional and friendly. I haven't had a bad experience at thislocation. I recommend trying this location. Read more
Was very specific on my order. Didn't want a combo. Just a 3 piece chicken and a biscuit. A breast, thigh and leg. Charged me... accordingly. Ended up with a thigh, leg and a wing. Unfortunately it was to go and didn't check until I got home. Verydisappointed. Maybe when I go back in 3 years they'll get it right. Read more
This popeyes has never gotten an order right yet. There is always something missing. Today I ordered 5 pieces two dine . Chicken... we always ask for spicy never get, 5 pieces mixed 4 breast 1 thigh, ordered Cole slow, it was yellow, slimy, and stringy.Ordered chocolate filled beignit no powder sugar. Still can't get it right??? I gave a 3 for effort but c'mon, why can't everything be correct!!! I ordered a 3 piece chicken... tender. That was correct. Ordered the shrimp combo with 2 tenders, spicy, cocktail sauce and blackened ranch dressing. Got home,no sauces, tenders mild, not spicy! Receipt said mild which isn't what I said. She repeated it back to me spicy,don't know howthat got screwed up! I went back because everyone said the new manager changed things around. 1/2 cup of gravy! I am so familiar with Popeyes getting the order wrong that I will not leave without looking in the box 1st... for problems. Today is an all-time new low. Ordered a simple 3-piece meal with Mashed potatoes as my side, really easy to getit correct, but none the less, they gave me a 1/2 cup of just gravy rather than mashed potatoes and gravy. Certainly, the staffseems to be doing it on purpose! I never would have thought I needed to put a spoon in my side to check it out. Lessonedlearned. Read more
Crystal and Casandra were awesome..very friendly and sweet ladies . They helped us figure out what we wanted by showing us the... deals they had to offer. Food was fresh and delicious. We tried to order online and the closing time was wrong and there were things listed on the menu online that are no longer... available. The drive thru person was very short and did not listen at all. We ordered the 4 sandwich family meal which issupposed to come with 4 sandwiches, a large fry, and 4 biscuits. We added on 2 extra biscuits and a large mashed potato as well.We got no mashed potatoes and no biscuits at all and instead got chicken tenders that we did not order nor want. This is thesecond time my mom has gone there and had her order messed up. That was an entire half of the meal that we ordered that was paidfor that we did not get. Plus because the closing time is wrong on Google (11 pm) we couldn't go back and have them fix itbecause by that time it was just after 9 pm. I do not recommend. Read more
While the food was ok when we actually got to eat there, the staff was not. I haven't seen that much disorganization in a... corporate chain restaurant in a long time. Lobby is almost always closed, it's cash only most of the time "which is fine forus", the wait for food is ok if you can get service. I went there once and nobody showed up to work, not one notice anywhere tobe found, but customers were showing up only to find a business void of workers. If this is what Popeyes has become then theyneed to go out of business. Read more
