I had the shrimp and filet hibachi. I ordered my steak rare, and it came out well. The shrimp was dry rubbery, and had a fishy... aftertaste leading me to believe that it was not only not fresh, but had been sitting out for a while. We did order takeout andwhen I asked for soy sauce, they gave us three small containers of soy sauce for $130 meal. When I asked for more soy sauce, Iwas told that they would have to charge me. I understand charging for extra condiments, but to not give an appropriate amountfor an order that large to begin with is just unacceptable. I really wanted to love this place. The service was fantastic, it is clean, has a great variety of sushi options. The sushi... wasn?t good, though. We purchased a variety and it all tasted like bad buffet sushi. The rice was overcooked, flavorless, andthe sushi had a sort of off pine taste. I did not finish most of my meal. Good and fast food for you quick lunch. Combo comes with 2 rolls, house salad and onion soup, you cannot change those... sides. Springs rolls was ok. Pho was good. Staff friendly. Read more
Heard some good things about this restaurant and visited it twice in one week. Both excellent experiences! The servers are fast... and super nice. Sushi is fantastic 11/10! Appetizers were fresh. Habachi lunch was very filling. Fried rice and white sauce isthe best! Pho has exquisite flavors overall, but the steak is rather tough and poor cuts 8/10. Everything came out fast andfresh compared to other sushi locations locally. Bathrooms were super clean. We'll definitely be back! Read more
Just had the #1. Hibachi Dinner Special and it was so amazing even for being delivered it was as if I were eating it in person,... hot off the Hibachi! I got so much for the money, I have lunch for tomorrow. I'm definitely looking forward to eating from hereagain SOON! Read more
My fiancé and I came here yesterday for the first time. I got tempura shrimp, and the chicken teriyaki hibachi dinner which... came with the chicken, fried rice, noodles, mixed vegetables, onion soup, and a house salad. The food was made fast and ittasted good. We were actually the only guests for most of the time, so it was quiet which was nice. The staff were all verypolite and friendly, we didn't feel rushed even though they weren't exactly sure what time they'd be closing. I am so glad wedecided to come to Saigon Fusion instead of elsewhere. We will definitely be back! Read more
So happy I found this gem of a restaurant! The Pho is too good for words & I also got the fried soft shell crab appetizer...... everything was so fresh & delicious. It really hit the spot!
