Poor customer service ? multiple times I have ordered online - once it was ready at the time it was promised - however this time... was inexcusable-I ordered a sub at 12:20 on the ap it said would be ready at 12:35 - arrived at the store at 12:40 the ap said?building? so I did not expect it to be ready - but they had not even started the sub and then it marked it ?ready? - orderingonline is suppose to lessen the time waiting- the very rude worker named Autumn would lose a snail race - she was veryargumentative during the process after waiting over 10 minutes I asked her to please hurry - I had groceries in the cartoutside - she stopped making the sub to ask me not to talk to her -I told her I would do a review and she stated ?do you thinkI care ? apparently not.. as promised here is your review and I will be ordering from Publix right next store from now on -weekly customer gone - Read more

First time ever visiting here. The lady working behind the counter was amazingly friendly, was able to make the sandwich... exactly how my daughter wanted and made a suggestion to order her order more efficiently which also saved a little money for me. Food was fresh and well prepared. I forgot her name, but I did do the store survey giving her recognition, she was great! Read more
The place is extremely dirty. There are flys flying around . They were in the back cleaning stuff but the front counter was open... and flys on the meats. Maybe subway should consider training and paying their help better to avoid food poisoning. Read more

Super friendly girls had a very great experience there. Even went back out and got cash so I could tip them each $10 because... they were so wonderful! Every place should have people like this. Also the food was very good the sandwiches were so meaty! Read more
