The store is a joke I felt like I was being punked like cameramen were about to pop out. Even the other customers that were... observing thought it was crazy. They said they weren't supposed to give me more than four slices of black olive topping lol. Themanager very rude! I asked for phone number to call someone above her, she walked into the back and hid from me. I finally gotthem to bring her back out she then told me they would not do any good to call someone about her. I said I wanted the numberanyway she then said there is no number she doesn't have a number. I said so now you're gonna lie to me? She then threatened tocall the cops on me. Just do yourself a favor and go out of your way to order from a differnt subway. I'm not sure I've gone here a single time and... not had a scrap experience. Went here the other day, ordered online and tried to pickup, half an hour wait. Finally got it outto me and was completely wrong dispite being written down. They redid it and handed me a completely flattened loaf that wasn'teven the right bread. ???? Read more

I ordered a cold cut combo and got really sick afterwards, so I called the store to let them know so they could hopefully take... care of it if something was crosscontaminated and the person on the phone didn't seem to care. Never eating here again. Read more

Was there at your Eustis branch (469 Plaza Drive) with a friend this afternoon to get a sandwich each, and there was only one... person in the queue in front of us then. When came our turn, I said I wanted to buy the $25 gift card and was told to go to thenext register ahead, which I did. However, my friend who was directly behind me ordered her sandwich whilst I paid for thegift card. The cashier seemed to have trouble issuing the free sandwich card which came with the $25 gift card deal, and bythat time, there was a long line of at least 5 people queuing for their sandwiches. After we sorted my gift card deal, I wastold I had to go behind the queue again (my friend and I had already queued when we first came into the store). The staff therewere rude and just told me that I had to queue again behind these people. I hope you will send these staff for training in theway they should treat their customers. They were not professional or courteous at all. I had no choice as my friend hadalready sat down to have her sandwich and I didn?t want to keep the people in the queue waiting, so I had to queue again. I hadto tell my friend to go ahead and eat her sandwich first. My friend said they were very rude too, and we will not be returningto that store again. I have always had very good experience with all the Subway in North Carolina and your branch at theWoodlands Centre store in Eustis as well. However, this is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I came here today because someone gave me a gift card for Christmas. First off, the store didn't look very clean at all. The... glass was filthy as you can see in the first picture. There were 2 people working. Neither were friendly, and the woman waspretty rude. She asked if I wanted double the meat (which is $3 more), I said no thank you. After I saw what little amount ofmeat that was put on the sandwich, I guess I can see why they're asking if you'd want more. So they're charging $3 extra for thesame amount of meat that they used to put on the subs in the first place... Back when I used to get the $5 footlong years ago,it definitely had more meat. I got the Baja chicken bacon sub, and it was $9.56. The flavors are non-existent. Really, the onlything I taste is a high amount of sodium, which I guess is coming from the "Baja Chipotle" sauce. Which tastes nothing likeChipotle, by the way. The sub roll is soggy on the bottom somehow? And the chicken has had multiple pieces of gristle. Honestly,if Jared was eating at Subway today, he'd lose twice as much weight because the sub is nearly inedible. As far as subs, Isuggest going to either Publix, or to Jersey Mike's because Subway is horrible. This one is anyway. Like, how hard is it to makea sandwich? Unfortunately go to Subway Today 08/03/2020 located at 469 Plaza Dr, Eustis, FL 32726, It is not recommended as they do not... follow business hours rules. I went to buy some sandwiches and this place was already closed 8:25 PM an hour and a half beforeclosing as it says on the door. An employee came out with a negative attitude. Using as an excuse that she was working alone atthat time and allowed her to close at the time she wanted. Offering with their negative attitude to download the application onmy phone, when in the past I had a bad experience of double collection and they solved it by giving me extra order when I didnot need it. When he took the picture of the scheduled schedule, he came out screaming that he cares if I have to report whathappened or not ... I should have more empathy and if this situation is to be avoided, a Manager or Assistant to help himsustain the business. and not to be nice to the employees. If the restaurant has cameras, they could see how many customerstried to go shopping and were rejected by this business ... I hope you consider this message and have better training for theseemployees at this location ... I do not recommend anyone as long as I have irresponsible people working at that location ...
