I like this location; unfortunately, you have a female employee (brown long hair, glasses, and mumbles) who is excruciatingly... rude to anyone who isn't white. I have witnessed this behavior on several occasions. I watched her point to a sign that saysthey ID for cigarettes and beer to a Hispanic man, who I heard speak English and was in the process of getting his ID when shepointed to the sign, another employee explained she didn't need to ID because he was a regular customer. I find her crass andrude behavior unacceptable as a customer service employee. As a manager of a store, I would have fired her long ago for what Isee as racism. I've never seen her treat white people this way. Despite my last name, I'm white as Rice. I always dread cominghere because I watch her be disgusting with customers of non white origin and pleasant with white people. ???? I will becalling the manager of this location. If there is one person who shouldn't be in customer service, it's this particularemployee. She's miserable and it clearly shows. If she has such a problem with Hispanics and their accents, she should learnhow to open her mouth and stop mumbling first. Read more

I witnessed an employee named Amanda be extremely rude to 2 Spanish speaking customers. Instead of taking her time to try and... accommodate them she was extremely rude and proceeded to tell them “They should speak more clear so she could understandthem.” The customers left what they were attempting to purchase at the counter and walked out. If an employee can not havecompassion or patience as a customer service employee they have no business working as a clerk. Shame on her! Read more
They no longer will accept my Payroll Mastercard. I work at a pool. Why have a bank account for a seasonal position. I was told... it was the pump last time. Well, that isn't true. I don't want to have to go inside or I would just use cash. I am very upset, Iwas going to start the rewards, but now will go somewhere else. It was the closest to my work and the only one on my way home toMilliken. I have a mental Disability and do not like walking into gas stations. I was at the kum and go 931 location in Evans and Elsa was there to accompany me while I was doing some service work. Not once... was she not bubbly and courteous even though it was 2.am in the morning. She is a very happy and wonderful employee and I wouldlove to see her move up in the ranks as she deserves it.
