Hi, Roma, thank you so kindly for responding to my 4 star review. As I really love Roma as a restaurant, your food is really... great, but the problem that I run into time and time again is your food is not consistent. When I order your Corolis some timesthey are packed full of meat and veggies cheese and it's a great meal, and then the next time I order there's hardly anything init or it's burnt. The staff is great, I never have any issues or complaints with them, they have all been wonderful and helpfuland fantastic people!! Cheers to them!! ???? So the only thing I ask of you Roma, is to be consistent with your food. I will addphoto's at a later time!! Had a last-minute family reunion there last night and all the servers were super helpful, food was great!
Tonight I took my wife to Roma for dinner. We were seated quickly, and a waitress took our order in a timely fashion. ... Everything was fine until our food was actually ready. The chef placed it on the counter where it sat for 10 minutes as all thewaitresses walked past it, not seeming to notice. When we finally did get our order, luckily it was still hot and tasted great,so I was willing to overlook the wait. That changed when it came time to receive the check. I tried on 3 separate occasions toflag a server down, and ask for the bill and a to-go box. Each time one of the servers would glance at me, then look the otherway as they walked past the table where my wife and I were sitting. When it was all said and done, I paid the bill withoutleaving a tip. Needless to say, my wife and I won't be eating at this establishment anytime ever again. Read more

I wasn't expecting to pay 36 dollars for what tasted like prison food, the pizza was bland, the spaghetti had a really odd after... taste, and the ravioli was rubber. Stay far away. Read more
Ordered one medium pizza with two toppings, and one order of meatball sliders. The pizza took 50 minutes and only had one of the... toppings. After about a full hour, we were brought our check which had the order of meatball sliders which we never received,and a pizza charged with two toppings after I had told the waitress it didn?t have the second topping on there. They had a hugecatering order, which I understand. It?s stressful. I watched 3 waitresses stand around staring at the wall instead of fillingeveryone?s drink around us and ours. I work in the restaurant industry and have for 6 years. But when you make everyone seatedwait, not serve them their whole order or even the correct order, it?s embarrassing. And then try to charge them for things theynever got.. and not even apologize or try to make it right. We weren?t rude in the slightest, I don?t know why they treated usthat way. Pre-pandemic the food used to be great. The Hawaiian pizza has gigantic pineapple chunks and tomatoes that weighs down the pizza... to the point it falls apart. The crust was already in desperate shape and with the weight on top, you couldn't even scrape itoff the box. Not to mention the pineapple was from the core so it was impossible to chew. The second pizza was the Margheritaand it was cold, undercooked, just bad. Too bad this place has gone so downhill. Read more
