I used Sonics online ordering option for the first time. All I had to do is pull into the stall and check in on the app with the... stall number. They came out right away after I checked in. The app gives you the option to select condiments. I selected threepackets of ketchup. They forgot to put the ketchup in the bag. Other than that it was a great experience. Read more
The worst. To begin: I orderd a kids meal: the corn dog was burnt, and the fries were raw. I ordered a sonic bacon double? Got... no bacon. I ordered 2 green chili cheese burgers with bacon: there was 2 pieces of green Chile and no bacon The corny I orderedbarely had any chili or cheese. All in all they s@$k at getting orders right. Normally have decent experience at sonic..today they were pretty rude...1 car ahead of me that's it so pretty slow. Drive... through operator said wait a minute...15 mins later no one answered when I said hello to order. Drive past them and like 4people just standing around inside...had to go somewhere else to actually order. Also no I'm not calling or emailing somerandom number this is me and Several local members saying this sonic sucks and needs real management. Read more
Worst customer service experience. Ordered a 6 PIECE mozzarella sticks. They gave me 6 orders of mozzarella sticks. I asked for... a refund but they just gave a receipt and never got my money back. They also took the other 5 i didn't order but I touched whenchecking my bag. They were rude and unprofessional. Read more
Not super sure who was taking the orders today around 630pm, but word of advice to her- stop being so rude to the customers when... they just simply asked to make sure there wasn't a mishap with their order on the customers part. This is the worst restaurant in Greeley/Evans. The service is non-existent, you have to wait a long time for anything. The... workers are rude, the speaker to order never seems to work. It?s well worth the drive to the sonic out west. We are done givingthis location chances, it?s amazing they are even open with the way they operate. Spend your money else where. Read more
We order online all the time and a good majority of the time it always takes them 20-35 minutes to bring anything out and half... the time we have to call in to remind them. And when the food does come out it?s cold. A lot of the people here are rude andseem impatient. I worked at sonic for over 3 years, i know your job isn?t hard. I know it can be stressful but usually when wecome here it?s dead. Tonight we came here and the carhop was extremely rude and seemed like we inconvenienced her. We eventipped her 4 dollars. Employee 10003 Gomez was the one that took our order. She seemed confused and very annoyed. Maybe trainyour employees better and teach them that being rude and impatient with customers will get you nowhere. They have the absolute worst service I've ever seen can order a drink and it will take the 15 min to bring you the drink cause... they'd rather stand around and talk instead of doing their jobs, the cooks just serve you your order they way they think itshould be in stead of how you ordered it.
