I came in on 7/8/22 to get some ice cream with my son. The other reviewers of this store are 100% spot on in that the kids... working behind the counter try to ignore you (even though we were the only ones in the store). I made eye contact with a fewwho immediately turned away and acted like they had something else to do (which they didn't). As I passed the Dunkin counter Icame around to the Baskin counter and looked behind and saw no one there. I turned back to the Dunkin counter and asked ifanyone was serving the Baskin counter. Out of the group of cowering workers, one worker, Layla, volunteered to take our order. I paid for the order as she was making my milkshake and after she handed me the cup, I handed her a $5 and said, "This is forstepping up when no one else would." Her demeanor immediately changed and her despondent looking expression was replaced with abeaming smile. While this store richly deserved the low ratings they get, Layla deserves 5-stars. Read more
They did not have several items that was on their website menu. I ordered a banana split but after 15 minutes I went inside to... cancel my order. The worker was finished with the banana split. Instead of telling me it was ready and offering it to me, hethrew it in the trash. This is what happens when you have children running the place. Read more
Baskin Robbins is a great place for a special occasion. I am not a big fan of Dunkin Donuts. I am a Krispy Kreme guy myself.
Waited behind one person inside for 10 minutes while 3 of 4 staff handled drive thru. When the boy finished with the one person... in front of us he went on to help the drive thru as well and ignored us like everyone else. Eventually a girl washing disheshelped us and in the meantime about 9 cars came through the drive thru line. Zero greetings,zero be with you shortly, zero sorryfor the wait. Prime example of spoiled teenagers who want a job and money but don?t want to work. Definitely lost my business. Read more
My family and I had a death in the family, so we had been running around getting stuff done and wanted to try Baskin Robbins.... This was the first time there and wanted to give it try. We checked the hours online, which stated they closed at 12am, wearrived before 11pm, waited behind another car for several minutes. They finally ordered and moved up and we pulled to thespeaker to order, only to be told the car in front of us was their last car, they're closed now...REALLY!! We asked about thehours and the guy said that the hours changed during Covid and had not changed back..If that's the case, then corporate shouldreally make sure their postings all state that! This was the first time my family has been to a Baskin Robbins and will probablybe the LAST!! If I could do no stars I would, but you can't post without clicking on one. Read more
Nice place! First time eating here in a long time. Expensive. Could of had double the ice cream at DQ. Still have great ice... cream and the service was very nice. Read more
We have been here a few times. Usually they don't have bananas for a banana split. Tonight they had bananas but no vanilla ice... cream. They had handpacked quarts of vanilla, but instead of using one of those, like they offered to do for other customersafter us, we bought a quart. They we very slow and we were the only customers on the inside when we got there. They have justlost a familoy of customers. Read more
Got the vanilla fat free ice cream. It was good. Chocolate not as rich.
