2022-10: This review is based on a third party delivery service delivering my order, but it's based solely upon the food and no... aspect of the third party service are incorporated. I ordered a large Hot Pastrami sub with a few added ingredients, a bowl ofchili with onions and cheese added on, and two chocolate chip cookies. The sub was delicious, plenty of all of the ingredients.The chili tasted great, I was just taken back a bit at the serving size for it to be considered a bowl, versus a cup. Still,excellent chili. I went through the drive thru and ordered and picked up my food at the drive thru window. As Im pulling off I get a notification... that I was charged more than what was on the receipt. My total was $15.86 and they charged my card an extra 10% so it was$17.44. The drive thru server Marisol took it upon herself to go ahead and give herself a 10% tip without my consent. I knowthis because when I drove back around asking why I was charged more she didnt even act surprised. I guess she thought I wouldntnotice. She didnt even apologize either. I asked if it was mandatory to tip and she said no only if you tell us to tip. I said Ididnt and she literally said how much was it so i can just give it back to you. No go ahead and keep the tip because you clearlyneed it if youre willing to steal from customer. Read more
I always get the spicy Italian sub with jalapeños, Funyuns, and a Vanilla Coke. It?s always delicious! When ordering a kids... meal though always check to make sure you get the rice crispy treat and juice box (if you get one) they have forgotten those afew times. Taste of food is always excellent though! Read more
Firehouse subs are good like Publix. I highly recommend.
The bread was hard and old!!!! I didn't find out till I got home!!! The tuna and tomato smelled like it had been sitting out for... too long. Very disappointed!! Shame on you Firehouse Subs!! Read more
One of the cleanest Firehouse Subs I?ve ever been to. The staff was super friendly. I was glad they offered packets of hot sauce... since pretty much every location has done away with their hot sauce collections. It makes a big difference! Read more
I got 2 smokehouse we live 1.4 miles up the road, got home and the one was wet like water or steam was dropped on it I had to... toast it so we could eat it. which I asked for it to be toasted already this is the 2nd time in 30 day I am not a complainer soI didnt call but am highly disappointed with this location. The drive thru is kinda slow but the people there were really friendly. The sandwich was pretty good. Just kinda pricey
