8:45 on a Saturday night I was told at the drive thru that they close at 9. When I explained it was 8:45, I get no response and... ignored. Listed online as closing at 11. All lights on, employees still there. Gas isn't free guys. Read more

Unfortunately I?ve been disappointed the last couple times getting food from here. Last time they didn?t put any mushroom sauce... on my mushroom and Swiss and this time they put very, very little on it and gave my son pickles and mustard on his kidscheeseburger after I specifically asked for ketchup only. This used to be my go to for a mushroom and Swiss but I?ll be lookingfor a different restaurant to go to when I?m craving it next time. Read more

Hardee's what are yall doing? This is the second time I've come by your restaurant and the door says close at 9 it is barely 745... and the store is closed! There are wet floor signs in the drive thru to make sure people dont come to the speaker. Signs shouldbe changed. Google even says yall are open til 11. Like I've told so many other places if you are that short handed close thedamn store. Dont let service suffer to make a buck. Read more
Orders my food. Automatically upgraded me to a medium combo without asking. Proceeded to get my order mixed up with someone... else's order. The young man behind the counter was friendly and apologetic about it. It proceeded to take almost 10 minutes forthem to get me the right order. The young man behind the counter kept apologizing (I'm ok with his handling). Never once gotanything from the manager on duty about situation. What makes it worse is she is the one that took my initial order. Will be awhile before I visit this Hardee's again. At least my food was hot when I finally got it. Read more
Needs better costumer service. And costumer service training. Multiple times have had rude people at window. A simple hello or... have a nice day goes a long way. Never gives me a total on my order just takes my card and practically tosses my food at me andcloses the window in my face for me to leave. Not asking if i need anything else or have a nice day. Just plain rude! Your incostumer service act like it or dont work in a costumer service business. Get some training in there! Read more
