Was very disappointed ????, I love dunkin, it took over 6 minutes just to get my coffee then over 10 minutes to get my donut,... just one donut, with at least 7 to 8 people working in there. I walked in due to the line in the drive thru, drive thru wouldhave been better. Read more
Place is a huge hit or miss. The wait time is outrageous. It appears that they are full staff, but the waits are still... longggggg. Also the coffee can either be good or gross, you never know. Staff is always friendly. Read more
Hit or miss with this location. You pay almost $5.00 for a coffee, and it might be good. This location has long lines. Usually... people are waiting for 10+ minutes. Took me 30 minutes yesterday to get a coffee that I ordered on mobile . Read more
33 minutes in the drive thru. There were only 6 cars in front of me. This is not the first time that has happened.
Dont go evansmil one. they make nasty coffee.and everytime I go, it taste different. One time it taste like milk went bad!!!
Really great breakfast sandwiches. The coffee is kind of pricey comparable to Starbucks prices. Just my opinion. I just moved... back up north where Dunkins is dominant. I don't remember DD coffee being this pricey several years back. The drive through atthis DD takes a while so come with patience. Read more
This specific Dunkin' has historically been *terrible* but I've noticed a huge change recently. My drinks no longer taste like... flavored milk--they're delicious and somebody even put a flower design on my foam yesterday! I picked up a walk-in order this AMand for the 1st time *ever* it was actually ready when I arrived 10 min later. There's usually a crazy-long line around thebuilding for drive-thru in the AM and a ton of people waiting inside but not today. They're on top of it lately and I sincerelyhope the trend continues! I come here all the time with my husband, and usually have a great experience with the workers but this time we did not have... that great of an experience. The lady we had was pretty rude right off to start, was short with us, and had a slight attitude.We asked if we could get ketchup on our grilled cheese and she said ?No we can?t do that? even though we were able to any othertime in the past, and also told us we couldn?t have cream added to a latte? My husband asked her a question when we pulled up tothe window, and she clearly ignored him. On the little receipt that was attached to our bag, there was no name, it was justlabeled as ?Manager? if that?s the case, this location needs to re-evaluate their management, or do some training in customerservice, and professionalism.
