Got the chicken home and you could tell it was old it was dark dark brown color and there was a pool of grease at the bottom. So... I took it right back asked for a refund she said she did not know how to do it her manger was not there so saw the new chickenwas up so I changed it out. Got it home was ok but will not go back. Also you can see flies all over could it be because thewindow where you pick up your order was open and no one was at the window the whole time I was there they leave it open .Alsowas dirty in there so beware!!!! So I was short changed yesterday. I ordered the 12 piece meal and paid for the 12 piece but had only gotten 8. Well I went today... and explained the situation and they were helpful and gave me the 4 missing pieces. Thank you for that and I?ll definitely becoming back. Read more
There has been multiple, I mean multiple times where this place gets my order wrong every time. I give them the benefit of a... doubt that they just had a long day etc. but I don?t think I?ll be coming here again. Today was the last straw. Didn?t get allof my orders correct when they read back what I ordered. Again I understand if it was one or two times but the amount of times Isay ?you know what I?ll get it again why not?, but everytime get the orders messed up. Do not recommend. Ordered two meals from here and my husband and I both were sick all night! Chicken was definitely old, rubbery, had been sitting... out for a few hours or just poorly cooked. The macaroni was super cheesy which we usually like, but this was way over the top.Best part was the soda. We both decided to just leave kfc alone to avoid any issues. Read more
I'm not sure how this place has such a high rating. My order is always wrong. Staff is rude and tries to rush you through your... order. Nine times out of ten the chicken is old, even at peak meal hours. They also conveniently never give you a receipt, sono chance for a review there. And if you order a sandwich it will probably be dry since they can't squeeze the bottle hardenough to get sauce out I guess? And of course the drink. I hope you like trying new flavors because you won't get what youordered and it's mostly carbonation anyway. Read more
