Employees where fighting outside. No on in store. A parent of a worker told me this store is completely messed up. I was a gm of... a burger king this store out right sucked. We would of had a big order plus 10 cars that pulled off. Where was the manager???? Read more
I've eaten here once. The service was good and the food was good. They were open but, there was a since of anticipation to... close. I get it, we've all been there and just ready to end the work day. This most recent visit left a lot to be desired. Idrive truck and I am very limited on times and places I can get food. I am quite amazed that there are 3 different fast foodchains right next door to a truck stop and at least two of them close their doors at or before 10 (I am not sure at the time ofwriting this exactly what time Arby's closes). A big disappointment is that I saw on Google Maps that this location was openuntil 11. I had to double and triple check because on my walk over, every single exterior light was off as if they were closed.It was right around 10:08 to 10:12 p.m. I continued walking to the location mainly because I saw a vehicle in the drive-thru andfigured they were probably just busy and forgot to turn the lights on (it happens, people get busy). As I got closer I sawpeople inside and proceeded to a door, it was locked so I went around. The main door was also locked and, that is where I readthe sign that states dining area closes at 10 p.m. As someone who drives truck over the road there are times I may not get toshut down until 10 or later. There were still trucks piling into the truck stop. I don't have the option to go through thedrive-thru like most other people since my mode of transportation is too large. I highly recommend closing this location downand letting another business take over thar remains open for later hours or at the very least has a window for drivers. Thisplace and their extreme desire to leave I highly that I would have been served. That being said, I did not try. I don't know what any one was complaining about. Other then they are short staffed food was fresh no issues they messed up my... order gave me an extra sandwich hey that's fine with me. The manager seemed stressed tho you can tell but hey 3 person crew with10 people in the lobby and 4 cars waiting go for it. I will wait for fresh food any day Read more
By far the worst BK I?ve been too, the person taking orders apparently got my order wrong (but it was right in the receipt) I... got my drink and was told to pull around to the stop sign which I did, unbeknownst to me the elderly couple had paid and alreadyhad their food behind me. I waited nearly 10-15 minutes there with people behind me for the same lady that took my order to comeout and tell me again they messed my order up. I was assured it would be ?fresh?. So I pulled into a parking spot so the peoplebehind me could leave (without receiving any food, how I know they already had their food) and then was handed a ?bag with anextra sandwich for my wait??? I ordered one double Ham Croissant which?? what I received was two lukewarm to cold SINGLE HAM croissant which?s cold hash browns and flat drink?. It also must be bring your girlfriend to work day as the cook was outsideon break with her pretty much the entirety of my wait, and she never left so I can only assume she?s in the back of the kitchenwaiting too?. First they screwed up the order. A customer later exited the bathroom and advised the manager the bathroom was unusable. An... employee went in with their plastic gloves on to investigate and came out and went back to making food with the same gloves.When I was done eating 20 minutes later.. I discovered no one fixed the bathroom. There were 3 employees and only 2 customers.The food was good.. but my shoes smelled like urine the next few hundred miles home. Thanks for that! Read more
Where should I start? First off they didn't have anyone in their lobby at 6:30 at night which is odd. Secondly they took forever... to make the food and were extremely slow. They even got the order wrong. Will not be going back to this one ever again. Iordered a #4 with only mayo and when I got it the damn thing had cheese on it. So yeah wasn't happy at all and they messed up myhusbands order as well. Read more
Was just passing through on the way home. Team lead that took our order was super nice an helpful. Had a boat load of kids and... he was patient while taking our order. Food was ehhhh but that isn?t the workers fault! Read more
