They are a good place to get pizza and breakfast burritos
Horrible staff very mean and rude. We don't see how the staff keep their jobs. The worst ever. Kwik Star ???? cleaner. Kwik Star... has the most professional friendly staff. We can't stand Casey's didn't used to have any negative experiences here. Staff havehorrible hygiene won't eat food at this place. Staff treat customers horribly. Beware count your lottery tickets because anemployee shorted me several and tried again within 3 days. My friend just got shorted on tickets this week Dec 29,21. Anemployee shorted me a lucky for life too, except it wasn't a winner. Some employees were scratching tickets while working, notsure if they stole these as well. One employee said she was fired for scratching tickets and taking the winners and putting thelosers back in the slot. My groomer said she got a scratched ticket. Mackenzie at the River Forest location said it was her auntstealing tickets too along with the other employee. Mackenzie deliberately ran my tickets twice and said she did and would takethem if I didn't want them. In the next breath she said she couldn't buy lottery tickets because she wasn't of age. Person who answered phone very very rude seemed annoyed I was ordering I asked for wings plain she had a attitude talking about... they don?t come plain well obviously I didn?t know that then I said ok I still wanted them and I wanted a. This is our usual go to for take out pizza, but we had to use the Elk Run site tonight because I tried calling in an order for... 30 minutes and the phone was busy the whole time. Not sure if they need a second line or maybe it got knocked off the hook butit's not good business when customers can't reach them. Otherwise I have never had a bad experience. Read more
Not a very clean place and doesn?t have much to offer like the other Casey?s around do. They don?t make Subs, and never have... anything in the warmers besides pizza and most times it?s old. I recently went there and used a coupon on my phone forcigarettes and she scanned my phone and then realized that she needed to put my birth date in and asked if I could scan mycoupon again cause it didn?t register in her computer but I wasn?t able to use my coupon anymore because I already had scannedit. So I asked if there was anyway she could just take the $1.50 off for the coupon that I used and she said she couldn?tbecause there wasn?t a coupon to scan so I lost out on my coupon because of her mistake. I will never visit this Casey?s againthe only reason I went to this Casey?s is because it was on my way to my destination and I didn?t want to go out of my way forcigarettes but I would rather drive a couple more blocks to go to a clean environment and a Casey?s that has more to offer thanthe Casey?s on Lafayette rd in Evansdale,IA!
