Cookies have way too much sugar and egg in them. They're not bad but none of them are worth $4 for just 1. Could get cookies... just as good or better from any other bakery, not really worth the hype. However I do really like how late they're open whencraving a late night snack and there's nothing else. I am a regular at Insomnia Cookies Evanston; the staff always welcomes me with smiles and kindness, even if they?ve had a... challenging day. Today they even gave me a free sample for the new vegan pumpkin spice cookie. They were crispy on the outsideand soft in the center. They pair really well with apple cider as well as oat milk.
