Ordered a large stuff crust. 1st snafu given someone else?s order. 2nd snafu get home with pizza. Hmm, only 8 slices and 12... inch in diameter. In my opinion, pizza isn?t a large. Call the restaurant, man on the phone insist that the pizza is a large. In fact, a large has been that size for the last 40 years. Hmm? Guess he thought I was born yesterday. Now, I can definitelysay I know what feels like to have someone gaslight me. Good on you, franchised Papa John! Yeah, the man made a point toemphasize that too. The pizza is really nice. I ordered a 16 inch garden pizza and shared it for two days with a friend.
The bread sticks were good but a worker was in there coughing all over the place and the man who took our order was kind at the... end but rather rough. Place looks rundown but we appreciated getting fresh food. There are no prices on the menu so had no ideawhat I was paying . Read more
They ask you for tip when you insert your card - for pick up! This is really crazy I didn?t have my glasses so she told me to... push the arrow up and I get charged three dollars! I was not intended to give them because it was a pick up not a delivery sothe credit card terminal is rigged against the customer I called the manager and he said he can?t do anything because I calledPapa John?s to order - although I paid at the store - I called Papa John?s and they said we can transfer you to the manager andhe should be able to take care of it and I told papa Johns the manager said it?s Papa John?s problem they can fix it and theysaid he?s lying.. so they are scammers and add 10 15 20% to every pick up order. I love Papa John's, but this location could use some work. I bought a garden fresh pizza and it was very goopy and not too... flavorful. All the toppings easily slid off the pizza. This left me having to eat away at the toppings like it was a burritobowl. 2021 Read more
Two deliveries in a row their drivers have not rang the doorbell to let me know the pizza was here. The only notification I get... is an automated email from Papa Johns asking how my food was. Constant errors and poor delivery by Door Dash. They leave the pizza on the floor by mailboxes blocking the inside door. They... are instructed to buzz me and come up. We do no t hVe a lobby. Constant errors. I received someone else's pizza 2 times. Donot follow instructions! They have wrong information about PJ billing practices. I asked for the owner to call me a week ago. Today I was told he is too busy to talk about my small problem. He had no idea what I was goibg to say. Actually there are somany bad reviews the problem is larger than life. The pizza is terrible and always a last resort. Done with papajohns. Many frozen pizzas are better and do not bring stupidity and rudeness along. Read more
