Usually the food is okay but today was an epic fail. Pizza was undercooked, wet dough, little to no sauce, very little cheese.... There has to be something wrong with the quality of the ingredients at this Evanston location or cleanliness of the property or... employees procedures. I was at this location yesterday Thursday 11/10/2022 and I ordered personal pizza with steak meat, onionsand green peppers. After finishing up eating the pizza soon later I got so sick to my stomach and was rushing to find awashroom. All day my stomach was full of pain. The pizza was very small and it was very hard to distinguish ingredients betweenthem because I can tell now for sure that they were not fresh, no taste or smell difference just generic pizza worse then frozenone. I ate pizzas from different places and all over the world but this one was really bad. I have been getting many flyers fromthis Sarpino?s pizza brand to my mailbox and this was my first opportunity to try but I would never eat anything from thisrestaurant Sarpino?s brand for sure. First time I Ordered some food from here, it isn't bad but man is it a bit overpriced, it cost me basically $50 for 2 regular... sized pizzas that are 10" which means they aren't that big, you will not be be full after, if anything it's a personal sizedpizza. I'm sorry but even though It tasted good, it just isn't worth the price in my opinion, you'd get a bigger pizza at otherplaces for the same amount of money. Now I'm still hungry and out of $50... Sarpino?s Pizzeria is everything! So much appreciated the customer service! Highly recommended place for pizza and other snacks!... First time trying this place out! I ordered their famous and best seller Specialty Pizza and also cinnamon sticks and drinks. Iam really amazed by its quality and texture. Also, the taste is incredibly great! You will absolutely love their menu, full ofaffordable offers, and you can buy anything you want on the menu at such fair prices. The customer service here is great! All ofthe staff is good, personable, and decent. They are always willing to help their customers and keep them entertained. Theyreally do their job properly. All of them are working so fast. Great people to be with! Outstanding customer service! The ordersare always served right and exactly. Kudos to all of the staff! This place is calming, relaxing, and the ambiance inside willgive you a good vibe. Though the place is very busy, it is really worth visiting! last night we order pizza 2 xl and 1 small and it cost 75 $ which is not problem but the pizza came after more than hour and... it's cold . my brother in low called to let the Manger know about he said I can't do anything about !
