The caterist were super professional! They handled every detail of our wedding with ease. We could tell from the moment we went... to our first tasting that they were detail oriented and they didn?t disappoint. Our guests raved about the food and the service! We would book them again in a heartbeat! Read more

We used the Caterist for our summer wedding. We were blown away by our initial tasting and then again at our wedding -... everything was delicious! They were accommodating with guests? allergies/dietary restrictions. Erin was extremely helpfulthroughout the wedding planning process. She was very knowledgeable about the timeline, table setting options as well as all ofthe food. She made us feel at ease! We appreciate all of her help! Read more

The Guy Chef Matt does no operate in integrity. I was booked to work a shift with this company. Showed up to work. The chef... tells us he overbooked for the day and that he doesn't need us. Because he canceled at the last minute he were to pay me for 4hrs. I submit the claim and he denies it. With the gas prices these days. Who has time to drive all the way across town to workand not get paid. Most companies I work for I always recommend. But since the chef doesn't operate with integrity they willbe put on blast. Social media is a beast. It will make or break you. Read more

Let me set the stage for you, our wedding was a Restaurant Industry Wedding, and over half the guests (including myself) in... attendance were either in the Restaurant or Events business, and Erin & The Caterist absolutely crushed it. We had originallyplanned on catering our own wedding, but I was luckily talked out of producing, so I could enjoy the day. However, we had areally high bar for who l ask to Cater our wedding. We went to about 4 tastings with other Catering companies until a friendrecommended the Caterist, and from the very beginning, you could tell they were on a different level. From our initial tasting, which for the most part they crushed, Erin and Chef actually l and took notes about the menu we had in mind (which was prettycustom, think chef-y Viking feast), and built a menu that fit our vision. Now when I say the crushed it "for the most part",there was a dish that we all agreed didn't come out the way they were used to, no big deal, not every short rib will be perfect.however instead of settling for "ok", Chef drove out another version of the dish to our house the next weekend, and it wasperfect. From beginning to end Erin and her Team were professional, thoughtful, and frankly executed our wedding better than wethought possible. It's been a couple of months now, and we are still getting rave reviews. Bottom line, stop looking elsewhereemail The Caterist, ask for Erin, and be prepared to be wowed. Read more

I am SO glad to have found The Caterist when I did. As a Food Specialist at my YMCA I am in charge of ordering meals for our... staff trainings and I wanted something different than your average staff meals. The meals we received were delicious!! I wasblessed with working with Cristina, she was such a pleasure!! They were able to work with our budget and dietary restrictions!PLUS we had two locations for delivery and their delivery crew were so great, handled everything with such care straight out ofthe hotboxes!! We will DEFINITELY be working with them again! Thank you very much! Read more
