Cringe fest in there. Employees arguing with each other up front in front of costumers, I understand getting frustrated but man... take it to the back. The professionalism just wasn?t there. The food was alright but not super warm by any means. Just anuncomfy experience overall.:) Read more

Good food FAST! It's more expensive to dine here but if you have coupons it makes for a reasonably affordable meal. If you wait... till after 2pm they have several items that are a good deal. Read more
I got an email from Arbys complaining that I didn?t write a review?apparently a 3 star rating wasn?t good enough. Big box... chains are a joke?let?s face it the only reason we go to them Is for convenience?.the food certainly isn?t good. I've never been an Arby's shopper. I've really discovered you over the past few months and have found that your food is... excellent and your service outstanding. I visited the Evanston restaurant on Thursday, Jun 23rd at about 9pm. The shift manager,could not have been more pleasant and professional. I had the two for $6 menu with chicken sandwich and a beef sandwich. Bothwere hot and tasty. Its becoming my new favorite fast food restaurant in town now! Thank you. Food is decent. I have recently been ordering the new burger. It is pretty tasty. I down-graded my rating though because the... last 3 times I have visited the burger has been cold. We have also had issues with the order takers having issues with customrequest on the burger ingredients. I asked for the burger to not have tomatoes and to add extra pickles and onions. When my foodarrived it had tomatoes and not heavy on the requested items. When I reviewed the receipt my request were not added to theticket. It's pretty sad that the front end employee was either too lazy or stupid to correctly input the order. We will now bechecking and scrutinizing our orders. Accurate order input and ommitions has also been an issue with the drive-thru. Hopefullythey can get it together. Read more
Are here Friday around 11 and it's the fastest service I've ever received. The staff was also very friendly and courteous.
