Tried that place tonite... humm I guest took the wrong dish, way too much cooking oil !!! The manager offered my dish for free,... so I gladly accepted it. Pleasant atmosphere and lots of tables, sushi bar and a bar facilities. Ask how its made beforeordering your food. Read more
Stopped at the truck stop next door for the day. Hopped over to the restaurant at around 7pm and had a amazing meal. It rare... that I get to eat at a good place driving over the road but I always cherish when I do. I recommend soaking up the atmospherewhile you are inside because it's about as relaxing as it gets. Great taste and good amount. Tried Japanese fried rice with shrimp, avocado salad and shrimp teriyaki. Loved it while eating... but at night my stomach got really upset. Read more
We were on our way to Salt Lake City from Jackson. I enjoyed my Sushi roles, they were very quick, and pricing was reasonable.... My daughter didn't eat her starke, and the side vegetable was too saucy. The young lady who waited on us was friendly so waseveryone else. Pretty safe & quick eating stop. Read more
Awesome sushi and super friendly service. Be patient because everything is made fresh. Best hand rolls I ever had especially... spicy tuna hand roll.Did not care for fried calamari. Just too much batter not enough squid. Sashimi salad is awesome! Will stopevery time possible!!!! Read more
*Phenomenal* customer service. Our family had been in the car for 9 hours and chose a booth on Sunday night. Every staff person... was very kind, made the kids feel special, and gave us several balloon poodles. Sushi was great, and the serving size for theseaweed salad was very generous. Our kids are going to think every other restaurant is utter garbage in comparison for the restof the trip. Read more
We headed to Evanston for the horse races and wanted to get a yummy steak afterwards. After reading some not so great reviews... from other places, we opted for Ichiban. Our chef was so dang funny, the sake shots were plentiful, and we had some awesometable mates as well. We tried the Broncos roll because that's our team and it didn't disappoint. We got there right at 5pm ona Saturday and there was a long wait soon after. We would absolutely eat here again!!! Read more
Ichiban is awesome! We feel like family when we visit. The food is always great. The waiters and waitress?, the hibachi and... sushi chefs, everyone is great. They bring my kids gifts when we visit and the sushi chefs even showed them how they makelittle panda bears out of oranges! This restaurant is a blessing to the community of Evanston.
