A definite no go for me. I?m asking man for to add mayonnaise while he?s putting it on and he says I can give you packets??? if... I wanted packets I would have asked for packets but I asked you to put extra mayonnaise wise guy. My lesson to kids, stay inschool or you?ll end up just like him. Lol. On a more serious note your lack of understanding customer service landed the placeof business that pays you a bad review and just think, you applied for this job . Have a nice day. SLOW and Poor service 0/5 stars. Go to Arby's, McDonalds, or even Maverik instead of here. Waited in drive thru line that had 3... cars in it for over 20 minutes. Paid $9 for a sandwich that had a burnt bottom, hard enough that it hurt to bite through thecrusty bread. They wouldn't even give me a pickle with my food for spending that much money upon request. Quick, easy, delicious. Just as all Jimmy John's are. I live the Vito sandwich and any of their turkey sandwiches. Great... location with lots of outdoor seating. Bathrooms are super new and always clean and the location is right next to the highwaywhich is convenient. They have a great rewards program on their app too and I often get free chips or a free sandwich. Read more
Great Jimmy Johns, just off of I-80 in Evanston, WY. I was there on a Saturday about 1pm and it was not busy. Service was quick... and sandwich was well made and delicious Staff was very helpful and hard working. Excellent place to stop for a meal. Read more
Well, judging by the other reviews, you either love this place or hate it. I am in the latter group. Stopped here a few months... ago. I had some visitors and I asked them where they wanted to eat and they picked this place. I had never been to any JimmyJohns before. Of the 3 orders, they messed up one of them, but my friend didn't want to make a fuss, so she ate a few bites andtossed the rest. I thought the bread was at least a day old: it was hard and stale, so I just ate it without the bread. And Iwasn't impressed with that either. Service was slow, and our table was dirty. A few weeks ago I stopped again, to give it asecond chance. BIG mistake. Very slow service, and the sandwich was awful. This time I skipped the bread and just had it madewith lettuce. At least two of the meats had gone bad. I couldn't eat more than one bite. Never again. Read more
These guys are awesome. Last minute I needed a mountain of sandwiches. They told me just give me a little bit so we can make you... enough fresh bread, then they made it happen. It was uber fast and they were very nice even though I know it's not easy to makethat much stuff that fast. They are indeed freaky fast. Thanks again guys you are awesome! Read more
Usually we love Jimmy John's and highly recommend it, but today's experience was way less than satisfying. The lobby, tables,... bathroom, and kitchen area were filthy!!! There was garbage all over the floors and tables. Most of our sandwiches were madewrong and thrown together. It took 17 minutes for us to get three sandwiches. Very unhappy with the staff and experienceoverall. Read more
We've been on a road trip all morning. We decided to stop here and before we even got to the place, we looked up the directions.... Horrible parking lot for a truck and trailer. Plus a drive thru so the people aren't even paying attention to the rest of theparking lot. It took us a bit to decide on what to get. We figured it out. So we ordered 3 sandwiches, 4 drinks, chips and apickle. At least they cut the pickle into fourths so we could share it. I asked for light mayo ( it was definitely extra mayo..not my thing, guys) At least the guy was nice and tried to save us some change... We then got our cups and beverages. We thenall had to ask where the restroom was because there is a door with NO restroom sign on it! I'm sure that's intentional and veryrude of them. I feel as though this is an OSHA violation. How would OSHA feel if they knew that there's no sign for the restroomand NO napkins available for the customers to grab for their meals. Speaking of, when we asked about the napkins one of theemployees said there were napkins on the table... What table was he talking about?!? We didn't see napkins until after we usedthe restroom and noticed they were on the sandwich making table. ???????? Like for real? I wouldn't recommend this place. Read more
