I?m fairly new to my gluten allergy (among many others) but it is severe. The team working last Sunday evening was outstanding?... not only do they offer the Udi?s GF crust, but they change gloves and do a thorough hand washing between all steps; sanitize aseparate prep area, and use separate ingredients for placement on a GF, Celiac, or other allergy prep pizza, then wrap it inthis area before they move on to something else. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and what is needed to preventcross-contamination and possible exposure to the allergen, as well as the possible consequences to those of us who have beendealt this awful card. Everytime we use this place for dinner it's a hit. Love the Gourmet pizzas. Chicken garlic is our fave. staff always goes out of... their way to make sure everything is correct. it's one place I can be assured I get great customer service. It's ran like afamily business. Called ahead and picked up pizza on the way home! Love the thin crust Tripple Pep, with pineapple added!
