Food is usually pretty good. Service has been lackluster at best over the past several months. Haven't been able to get a crisp... burrito in about 3 months. Every time I order I'm told they're out of them for the day. Don't know if they are only allowed tomake a couple each day or if they just don't want to make more. I would think with commercials bragging about food made fresh,then these should be prepped at order? Not sure. Have stopped going here at all. Got tired of sitting in the drive through for15 minutes while they make the order ahead of me just to be told they are out of items for the rest of that day. I'm not sure what is going on, but they need to fix their problem. I go to this place weekly and always been happy, except for... the past 4 months. Order a large Mexi-Fri and cold and the cup is 1/2 full. The soft taco, which use to be full of filling, isnow all tortilla. What happened to the employees that cared????? The service was relatively fast and friendly, but the food itself was... meh.
Terrible service, has taken 20 minutes and I still haven't seen my food, all the help seems high and bothered by customers.
