Wendy's restaurant has always been a family favorite. Have never really been disappointed in their food. Although, I do not... enjoy the kiosks in the way of me talking to to an employee to order my food. I prefer to talk to someone personally so I canask questions and I feel that those kiosks are Interfering with that interaction. Read more
Very disgusting. The two hamburgers we ordered were almost completely raw and pink. N not the good kinda pink either. It's not a... steak ????, but either way, third time in a week this same situation occurred. Very sad, @Wendy's in Evanston. Need to fix upthe grill, or get much better trained staff. ???????? This location is mediocre at best. First off there seemed to be no manager in sight, unless it was one of the teens running the... counter. Second, they were lazy..... no one wanted to take an order so they put a sticky note on their register saying "out oforder." They made people wait in line just to tell them that they couldn't take their order, so they made everyone use thekiosk. Third, the cleanliness of the place was awful! One drink machine had no ice, while the other came out way too fast. Noone seemed to care that the ice was piled up and spilling onto the floor. We had to clean our own table to eat. The garbageswere overflowing in the dining area and restrooms. Fourth, the food was mediocre and the soda machine was watered down..... Withseveral different options in this area, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Read more
Wow. Had to order through the kiosk, then were told after their frosty machine was broken. She said "it almost caught on fire... last night". Then there were no napkins to wipe the dirty counter by the drink station, other customers stated they had askedfor 8 napkins... were given 7 and a whole 5 ketchup packets. Then the wait, wait, wait... oh my hell!! If you really needWendy's... keep driving to Rock Springs or Salt Lake!! Read more
Normally I give Wendy's five stars...however, I read Dave Thomas' book and he would roll over in his grave if he knew that... customers had to enter their orders on a computer and the restraunt had to ration napkins...handing them out only to customerswho asked for them...because they ran out. Still great food though, but at a fast food restaurant one pays more for the servicemore than the food, and Dave Thomas' believed in making the difference from his competitors with more service. This is not theshift manager's fault, nor the crew. The owner of the store has done this...and in difficult times too, and in a town whererestaurants struggle to stay in business even in the best of conditions. To the owner of this store...get Dave Thomas' book.Read it. Or else sell your store to someone who has. Read more
I arrived like 10 min before closing, the staff was very accommodating. Service was excellent, food was great, my order was spot... on, had the new kiosk for faster service. Clean, employee's well dressed, and efficient, the service booth was well stocked andclean.. Really unable to say enough about this Wendy's location.. Read more
Ordered breakfast. We showed up and they said breakfast closed at 10:30am. Got there at 10:45. Even though the app said they... stop at 10:55am. Guy in the back was rude and argued with us. Didn?t Apologize. Took ten minutes to Argo with them for arefund. Food was bland. Worst than other Wendy?s. Read more
My fiancé and I were grabbing a quick bite to eat at Wendy's, and she found mold on the bun of her burger. I contacted the... store and am yet to receive any sort of response. I don't recommend coming here. Read more
