When I first walked in, I thought we were not going to get great service since it took a minute to get seated, but a server soon... after sat us and explained to us that they had no hosts. I get it, I?ve worked at bdubs before. Our server, Jake, and pleasetell him I said this, immediately came to our table and brought us everything we asked for. Our food came out clean, our serverpre-bussed, and he gave us the perfect amount of time in between check ins! My drinks were never empty and I got everything Ineeded just on time. Perfect service! We ate in the bar area around 8pm on a Wednesday night. Service was great, we had a slight mix up in the order, but it was... rectified quickly. Food was great, especially this night, wings were fresh and crispy. The only issue we have are those restrooms....???? Read more
This was our first time going here. The food was really good and we ordered the lunch special for $8, and you get 6 boneless... wings, fries and a drink, so I thought that was a good price. The service was good too. The place was very loud and tons of tvsplaying sports. Which is great if you love sports, I do not lol and no one in there seemed to be paying any attention to the tvseither. We were there at lunch time and they were not that busy at all! Read more
Just not worth eating out period. My kids wanted to try the Doritos flavored wings so we went(which ordered but they no longer... had). Got there at 6:40 ordered wings and boneless. Ordered mozzarella sticks as a app. Server forgot about or app and we didn'tget our wing until after 8.. I was debating leaving and going to Mc Donald's because my kids were so hungry. I decided to go here because my bf really wanted to eat here. I kept telling him it was going to a bad experience and boy was I... right! I chose sweet tea and when I got the tea it wasn't sweet and I just knew it was only the beginning. I just drank anyways, not noticing my cup. I took a drink and sucked up paper through my straw and I looked at my cup and whole napkin was floatingaround in my tea! I could have choked on that paper. It is very gross! I made a complaint got a fresh one but chose not to drinkit. The food took forever and was barely warm at best. Fries dry and old tasting. I am appalled by how bad everything was andhonestly due to the whole sweet tea incident I never want to eat here again. I just can't believe the waitress didn't check thecup before pouring a glass. We placed an online order for pickup, it was canceled cause it was scheduled for noon not midnight when we showed up. We paid... $35.36 on 8/20/22, Blake told us we would be refunded. As of this date and multiple calls and a visit to the store constantlybeing assured they issued a refund we still never received one. So we paid their store almost 36 dollars and didn't even get anyfood. To say the least we will not go back and spend money at this business after this experience. Read more
