We were given the wrong order and took back the breadsticks we didn't order and the cook gave them to another customer for... messing up their order. The chicken was cold and pizza was not up to par with what I usually get out of the oven rotisserie bythe slice. Never again ????. Read more
I am very happy with this Casey's. We had an issue with our Casey's reward when we tried to get a pizza the phone didn't take... the amount of and we paid full price. I spoke to the kitchen manager he is very professional and nice and wrote out name downand we called to order this time and he took off what was supposed to be taken off originally with our rewards. WOW!!! Gas stations need to follow the lead of Casey's. They have anything you'd need or want, the staff is friendly...and those... CAKE POPS are AMAZING!!! I stopped during this post to run to my nearest Casey's (which is on St. Joe in Evansville, IN) to grabthe last 4 cake pops for me and my husband! Read more
Great food, decent prices. However, the staff is clearly overworked and understaffed!! The DM Charity should be FIRED! Somewhere... between the power trip and the money, Charity needs to remember where that money actually comes from..... Paying customers. Ifshe continues to eliminate services like pizza delivery and cut down on staffing just to improve her bonuses, then customersWILL GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!! Read more
