I made an online order for 8:20 and didn?t receive it till 8:48 while I stood inside and watched the staff not working on any... orders, and there were no other customers. There seemed to be a lack of leadership in the Chipotle and not a lot of employeeswho were fully trained. The guacamole was brown and they substituted spinach for lettuce with no warning. Definitely not atypical Chipotle experience, but don?t think I?ll be returning to the Evansville Chipotle unfortunately. :/ Read more
Restaraunt for the 3rd time in a row is out of so many things. This time they had no lettuce, no queso, no corn salsa and the... quesadilla machine was broken so the kids could not get their normal quesadillas. Workers seem very nice, but clearly the storeis lacking management to help them stay on top of everything. Definitely needs help, guess we have to use a different locationfrom now on. Read more
I am sure the food is wonderful... if I would have had an opportunity to try it. I am in Evansville for the next few days on... business. Stopped in for what I am sure would have been a great meal. I was told they weren't accepting orders from with in thestore. i.e. online only. I had left my phone in the car and there was a considerable line to pick up orders that apparently hadnot been prepared (technical issues, computer system, printers, etc. Super disappointed... and hungry. This is our favorite place for a quick bite on any given time or day! Friendly staff and amazing food! Although, their drink... station/tables could be more clean and restocked. Other then that I'm always going here for my food whether it's dine-in,take-out or even door dash! Just a great place in general! Would recommend bringing friends and family for a good meal with notthat bad prices! ( Went back on 8/14/2022 and it just gets better each time I swear!! ) Read more
I've tried giving this place multiple chances to redeem its awful service, but to no avail. Today was the straw that broke the... camel's back, so to speak. I spent over $16 on this pathetic steak bowl (see attached picture). It barely had any steak at all,and they left out the guacamole that I paid extra for. Worst of all, it took them over 45 minutes just to put this sorry excuseof a steak bowl together and it was barely warm. I will never return to this restaurant again. If you want a better alternative,I've never been dissatisfied with Qdoba, which is about a mile or two away from this place. Read more
I love the food here. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because of the trash area. Everyone was commenting on it. This was... Saturday 3/19/2022. Picture was taken at 8 pm. I was here for an hour and it was like that when I got here. No one came out andwiped the tables, so they were dirty too. I had to clean mine off before I could sit down. Read more
Overall, the restaurant was very clean and well maintained, the staff was very friendly, I wasn't amused by the selection of... food to choose from, not many choices, and the flavor off it all was alright, i had some issues with my bowl i ordered, it wasstill consumable but I won't be visiting here again. Swore this place off long ago and ended up going back. Place was dirty, staff wasn't overly friendly and they have a huge sign... advertising the NEW garlic guajillo steak. Of course, they didn't have any. This was right at noon...on a Monday. As a matter offact, all they had was chicken and pork. No steak or beef whatsoever. $25 bucks for 2 people and it was a poor experience. Nomore Chipotle on GR Road for me. Read more
