I am a General Manager of a local restaurant and arcade! I came in around 8pm on a Friday night to this DQ and was blown away!... After some observation and talking with an employee i was made aware that there was not a manager on duty nor an adult in thebuilding. The employees there were all 17 and under. These kids communicated, worked together, and rocked it out! I am still abit concerned about this situation because there could be an emergency, robbery, injury, and so on yhat kids are not trained tohandle nor should they have too, but I was very proud of these kids. it seems like every time we fly back from somewhere we always stop at the Dairy Queen next to the airport. I mean it?s OK, my... wife absolutely loves it so that?s why we go there. I?m still looking for the one item that makes me oh wow I can?t wait to goback to Dairy Queen. I tried the fish sandwich today and it was very fresh it was really good, just a little thinner than what Iwould?ve liked. My wife always gets the same thing the chicken tenders with gravy and onion rings. Maybe I should take a turnand try that? We will definitely be back because we?re definitely gonna go on vacation again. Read more
This is one of the best Dairy Queens around. The young staff do a fantastic job in a busy restaurant. The place is kept clean... and the service is great. Went back today and the service is improving since a decline during covid. There seemed to be severalworking and didnt appear short. The blizzards were great and the restaurant was fairly clean. I've tried a lot of restaurants and Dairy Queen has by far the best onion rings! Food is always hot when I receive it. Service... is a bit slow but that may be due to lack of help. Prices are very reasonable considering the rate of inflation. Read more
This the 3rd time we've received disappointing service from the staff.... I understand help is hard to get still for unknown... reasons, but unreasonably slow and lack of service won't keep this store around for much longer. Typical Saturday night with thedrive -thru backed up, no big deal. We waited until our turn for several minutes until we got to the menu board. Upon reachingthe board, we were told the car in front of us was the last car to be served tonight and they were closed... this was at 9:01.If you look above you'll see the drive-thru is open till 10:30. We have been to this Dairy Queen many times over the years and always had good service, but the lack of organization we... experienced Friday evening may keep us from returning. While there appeared to be many employees working, several customers,including us, waited 10 to 15 minutes to get a sundae or Blizzard even after the order was taken, and even then we had to askwhen we were going to get our order before anyone started on it. And the dining room was not that busy so that should not havebeen a factor. Read more
This is by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed. first off they say they were under staffed but they had at least 5... workers I saw working. We waited inside for 35 mins before an employee even took our order. then with 12 people standing in linethey decided to lock every door so Noone else could come in. (which is illegal when you have customers inside your business).then they are using bare hands to cut bananas and touch other items on our ice cream. Read more
Tasty and economical. Friendly workers. Everything seems to be cooked to order, so it takes a few minutes to get in and out. The... food was piping hot though, so the short delay is worth it. Read more
