I ordered a large bbq pizza with chicken bacon and cheddar cheese. I picked it up right before work. As soon as I entered the... building a lady was standing there at the counter asking if I was Lacey. She then proceeded to tell me my pizza only lookedburnt because she did not put the cheddar under the mozzarella. Now, I use to work for dominos for 3+ years. I KNOW that puttingthe cheddar on top or under the other cheese does not make a difference. That is only the case with feta, spinach, andphillysteak. I just took the pizza because I had no time to wait for it to be remade. When I got in the car you could smell thatit was burnt. The crust was a dark brown. So when I got off I called and the man I spoke with told me to call back in 15 minutesand speak to their assistant manager. So I did just that and someone answered but put me on hold and I sat on hold for a goodminute. I finally hung up because at that point I knew they just didnt want to deal with it. That is super unprofessional. Iorder from this location a good bit. Going forward I will use a different location. That is just ridiculous that a customer hasto pay for a pizza that THEY burnt. I wouldnt be so worried if it was just the wrong topping..but being burnt?? No thank you. Read more

I love this place order all the time but tonight it was terrable my pizza was burnt no sause on it i am very dissapointed

I love this store the most out of all the Domino's around Evansville/Henderson area!!! The food is always hot and cooked to... perfection!! Not very happy experience. Arrived curbside 15 minutes after it said was "ready". Hit the 2 minute timer when I arrived. 10... minutes past no food to the car. So I called surprisingly they didn't answer their phone. Naturally I started to get aggravatedand went inside. Their was 3 people standing around waiting for their order as well. Only 1 person was making food the otherperson was walking in circles. Got home only recieved 5 wings out of 8 that I ordered. Pizzas was thrown together in a hurry.For the price I paid for my large order you would think they make sure everything was perfect. I understand they was shorthanded. If you can't provide good customer service with a good product than maybe close for the day. Place a sign saying closeddue to short staffed. People would be more understanding with that vs. Giving the experience I recieved. Just my opinion tho! Read more
This happened probably 3 months ago or so. But they took 2 hours to even deliver it 2.5 miles from their store. It took an hour... before it even said it was being put in the oven. This location truly is garbage. Read more
