Literally ordered one signature bake and have been waiting 15 mins for a TO GO ORDER. A family of five literally came in and got... their HUGE ORDER for dine in after 3 MINS and it?s going on 18 mins and still don?t have my food. Fazoli used the Active menu, to deliver my food. I paid the 20% tip, I chose the no contact delivery, gave this instruction to... please leave my food on my porch. I got a phone call asking where to leave my food. I feel we should not have to interact withthe driver. I gave the tip on my card. As usual the food from Fazoli is always great!! Read more
