I haven't had Fazolis in years! We needed lunch asap. We went through the drive-thru. The employee was very professional,... attentive, and precise. (Around 2pm) We had a full afternoon of a family meeting due to my dear daddy passing away, a week ago.We ordered a large spaghetti with extra meat sauce, add meatballs and mushrooms. A small fettuccine Alfredo add mushrooms, 6breadsticks, and a chicken carbonara. Everything was very fresh! The only complaint is that if you want all your pasta to havesauce, add EXTRA. I got the sampler platter.. spaghetti was the only thing edible!! Lasagna noodles were so hard I actually thought they hadn't... been cooked!! Delicious food, but you have to pay extra for breadsticks through the drive thru when they are unlimited inside? AND they just... launched a freaking robot to take your drive thru order. ?I didn?t get that? ?can you repeat that again? making ordering soooomuch more difficult than it needs to be. Read more
Never again. The voice automated system in the drive thru is probably the worst idea you've guys have had. I was overcharged... after confirming the order from the guy that had to come on the speaker and help. The window did not have the correct order asit had extra items. I'm sure you like your IT staff but enough is enough. Pull the cord on the system because it's on lifesupport. Read more
Food is fine but I almost never come here because the drive thru has an automated voice that fails to understand what I want... every time. I've attempted every way of speaking clearly and slowly and a worker always has to intervene. If this is a corporatemandated thing please tell them it does not work. First time ever going and I must say the chicken Alfredo was the nastiest stuff I?ve ever tasted!!! Hands down I will never in... my life go there again. Paid +$15 for a meal and the lady working the drive through told me that it did not come with a drink. I have never not gotten a... drink when paying for a meal. I asked her repeatedly because I was confused and she decided to just close the drive throughwindow on me when she decided she was done talking to me about it. Read more
