I can understand delayed shipments being why they didn't have steak or fries, but I went ahead and ordered a chicken with... mushrooms onions and cheese sandwich. New manager's came out several times from the back but didn't even acknowledge I'd beenstanding there for a long period of time. It took 25 min and the sandwich didn't have enough chicken on it to supply enough forhalf a sandwich. They were even out of coke. They might as well have closed. Read more

I should have read the reviews before eating here. They were not sanitary at all,, used same glove to prepare my fries and... sandwich. My fries sat in grease before she dropped them. I used to love eating here when I was in Eastland Mall shopping,definitely not the same. Checkout was really slow. Then it took about 10 minutes to get my potato. No warning it would take so long, and it wasn't very... busy. Potato was a pretty sad sight, but at least it was cooked through. Read more
