Food was good, Service wasn't. This was my first time going there and I dont think l will be back. Waitress was not very good... at all, a couple came in after we did they sat there 20 minutes until they received there menu was given only a few Secondsbefore the Waitress was asking them what they wanted. Great food and service. My family has been dining at Hilltop for as long as I can remember and they continue to be our pick for... comfort food and Evansville specialties. Photos here are the fried chicken livers with white gravy, sweet & sour cole slaw andmashed taters. Also pictured a pork tenderloin with seasoned fries. Service was friendly and attentive. Ordered dbl cheeseburger,, bottom bun was soaked in grease. The oil they cooked the fries in needed changed. Brain sandwich had... no flavor as it also was cooked in old oil. I expected better since they have been around for a long time. Read more
I go for the homemade ranch dressing. I know this place is know for so much more than that, but I go for the dressing! ... Awesome!!! Love the salad bar. It seems to be a bit expensive compared to other prices, but its worth it! Read more
